Jane is finally in business!!!

www.cuppajane.com

Wow! I can't believe that my site is up and running, finally. It seemed that I kept saying "I'll be open in a month" for about six months. I had no idea the amount of details that had to be attended to in order to get all of our items up and running. Not to mention the process of developing our entirely new product line of cuppa jane coffees and cappuccinos.

Needless to say, I've had to iron out a lot of kinks in the system. In fact it seemed that I didn't stop working for a few days straight there in order to process orders that have been coming in, manage systems and handle production of all the FRESHLY ROASTED TO ORDER coffees that we offer. I might need to hire a helper if things keep up.

I sincerely appreciate all of you that have viewed my site, and especially those who took the extra step and placed an order. I'm so honored to be your coffee gal.

One thing that I wanted to mention is that far too many of you are ordering your coffee pre-ground. Don't get me wrong, I love the smell of your coffee as it is grinding, but you are losing valuable taste points in the process. The coffee we offer here at cuppa jane is top notch, and it is really a shame to waste the intrinsic value of the coffee. So, your assignment is this: Go to your favorite thrift mart, and pick up a 10.00 grinder. Once you're used to grinding your own coffee, you'll never turn back as you discover all of the flavor that you've been missing out on. If you like flavored coffee, you might just buy 2 of those 10.00 grinders so you don't contaminate your regular coffee with the oils of the flavored beans. I bet they'd even fit in a stocking :)!

Anyway, that is my advice for the week. I hope to expand our brewing equipment offerings very soon, so keep checking out that department. It has also been suggested that I offer a variety pack of small single pot samples so that customers can try several options without commiting to a full bag. So, I'll probably get around to that by mother's day if more of you confirm that is a good idea.

Have a wonderful holiday season, and I hope to be hearing from more of you very soon!
